We’re looking for a Community Manager (Junior Generalist) to help us grow, nurture, and energize the Toast community. You’ll be the person behind the moments, leading conversations in the Toast WhatsApp community, curating engaging content for the Toast Monthly Newsletter, and bringing life to Toast Hub, our physical space for creativity, collaboration, and unforgettable events.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to spark conversations, build connections, and make sure our audience feels seen, heard, and obsessed with what we’re creating.
Here’s how you’ll make that happen:

Curate, monitor & report on engaging newsletters – You’ll create interesting newsletters our people actually want to open with information that entertains, inspires, and keeps our community informed on what we’re up to. You’ll also track performance and tweak strategies to keep our audience excited and engaged.
4. Own our Instagram, TikTok & Twitter engagement – You’ll be the voice behind our socials, making sure our audience is not just scrolling past but stopping, engaging, and coming back for more. Think witty captions, bold visuals, and content that gets people talking.
